Keep it simple. You don't need to know very much in order to begin meditating. Just come on in.
Keep it personal. Do it your way. You can't imitate someone else's meditation. You know what you love.
Be brief. A few minutes of meditation is powerful. Do that then call it a day.
Dive in. Ask for help when you need it.
Stay in touch. Use this form to receive a more or less monthly meditation newsletter, with tips, news about The Radiance Sutras, workshop announcements.

Jaideva Sing was a disciple of Lakshman Joo and worked with him to write a translation and commentary on the vijnana bhairava tantra. You can read part of the text at Google Book Search, link. This is the kind of book you need to read with a Sanskrit dictionary at hand, or Google books. Read a sentence, then look up every word, and make your own glossary.
